Dear comrades,
NDF is doing a great job organizing such important conferences in a regular basis. It plays an important role to grasp the MLM deeply and begin discussion among MLM forces to find common causes in advancing socialist movement. The statement presented by CPP evaluated the world situation about the aggression of Imperialism and the resistance movement of the people against it.
Revolution in Nepal has been entered in a new stage. NCP led by Biplav is waging Unified People’s Revolution against comprador capitalism and imperialism. The working class, patriots and democratic forces trust the party with confidence.
Unified People’s Revolution has been resisting the repression, prohibition, ban, killing, arrestation of the state and resisting against the criticism from revisionists and dogmatists.
Nepal is under the rule of Comprador Capitalist Federal Republic Parliamentary System. The feudal slavery and exploitation have been abolished by the People’s war. Feudalism has been replaced by the comprador capitalism. So the working class, oppressed nationalities, women, Madheshis, Muslims, youth, students, national industrialists could not be empowered.
The interference of US imperialism and Indian Imperialism has been increased rapidly. The government and the parliament are turned as a puppet of imperialism. Parliamentarian Democratic Communist Tendency, capitalist democratic parliamentarian parties, pro Monarchist parties and Independent tendencies are seen as ally of comprador capitalists.
American Imperialism succeeded to impose MCC through Parliament of Nepal and stepping to approve SPP. Indian imperialism is trying to impose unified military policy of India and Nepal. India is not ready to return the encroached land of Nepal and to renew the old treaties and agreements. The activities of US Imperialism to interfere Nepal is strongly resisted by the party.
The party is also organizing different programs against the aggression of Israel and giving pressure to the government of Nepal to speak against the genocide of Israel. The party has forwarded a scientific socialist political program. In essence this is a political program of the proletariat, workers and the oppressed class. This political program gives new hope to the people and strong pressure to other all political forces. A new political polarization has begun.
The party has formed it districts units in every 77 districts of Nepal. It has developed the strong networking of mass organizations. The party is getting strong support from the working class, working community, women, nationalities, Madhesi, Muslims and others. It also widens the unity among revolutionary communists, patriots and democrats. It can organize big demonstrations in the street.
Progressive culture of materialistic perspective of scientific socialism, culture of right to rebel, fight for national sovereignty, culture of physical work, culture to struggle against the interference of globalized capitalism and imperialism has been sharply developed.
Nationalities based contradiction, region based contradiction, religion based contradiction, urban and rural area based contradiction, upper and lower cast based contradictions still exist in the society of Nepal. It is well understood in the level of people that these contradictions can be solved only in Socialism. So it is our genuine duty to organize such conferences regularly in different countries to manifest our international solidarity to the struggle of the people and make them believe with confident that we can build a new socialist world again.
